Service Description
A gentle introduction to skin health A nurturing facial designed to help teens under 18 understand their skin, learn simple skincare habits, and feel comfortable asking questions. Includes: A Skin consultation — A look at your skin, your current routine, and any concerns you’d like to discuss. Gentle deep cleanse — To refresh the skin and prepare it for treatment. Exfoliation — A suitable exfoliation to help remove surface build-up and leave the skin feeling fresh. Steam, if needed — Used when appropriate for the skin, rather than as a standard part of every treatment. Facial massage — A soothing massage to help the skin feel refreshed and the treatment feel relaxing. Scalp massage — A little extra time to unwind. Extractions are available as an add-on. If you would like extractions, please book the “Extractions” add-on from the add-on menu.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can continue providing the best possible service, we have updated our Booking & Cancellation Policy. Please take a moment to read through the details below: Booking Deposits Some appointments require a booking deposit or 50% deposit to secure your time. Deposits are non-refundable, but with at least 48 hours’ notice they may be transferred to a future booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in your deposit being forfeited or a cancellation fee of 50–100% of the treatment cost. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client, but the full treatment fee will still apply. Refunds & Transfers Deposits and booking fees are not refundable. With 48 hours’ notice, deposits may be transferred to another appointment. Payment & Packages All services and packages must be paid in full on the day of treatment (unless otherwise arranged). Prepaid courses and packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another treatment of equal value at our discretion. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
