Service Description
A dedicated one-on-one consultation to assess your skin and discuss your concerns, goals, and current skincare routine. Together we’ll create a personalised treatment and homecare plan to support healthy, long-term skin results. The consultation fee is redeemable on products or treatments purchased on the day.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can continue providing the best possible service, we have updated our Booking & Cancellation Policy. Please take a moment to read through the details below: Booking Deposits Some appointments require a booking deposit or 50% deposit to secure your time. Deposits are non-refundable, but with at least 48 hours’ notice they may be transferred to a future booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in your deposit being forfeited or a cancellation fee of 50–100% of the treatment cost. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client, but the full treatment fee will still apply. Refunds & Transfers Deposits and booking fees are not refundable. With 48 hours’ notice, deposits may be transferred to another appointment. Payment & Packages All services and packages must be paid in full on the day of treatment (unless otherwise arranged). Prepaid courses and packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another treatment of equal value at our discretion. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
